Everyday I wake excited by what we’re achieving together as a team. In fact, some mornings I wake up so early I can’t get back to sleep. You might think that’s an unhealthy obsession, but to me that’s what makes working at Bislr so special — working with smart, innovative, fun and dedicated people.
When explaining our vision, I like to use the analogy of the iPhone. Before Apple released the iPhone, people would carry a camera, a phone, personal organizers, they wore watches, set their bedside alarm and sent emails from their computer. Marketers face a pre-iPhone world with marketing software. They use email marketing software to send a campaign, a content management system to edit their website, spreadsheets to manage lists, A/B testing software to improve conversion rates, analytics packages to analyze traffic, form builders to create forms -- and have little control with how these solutions connect and work together.
Today marketers need a highly integrated approach that addresses today's biggest marketing challenges. They need to be able to unleash their creativity again, rather than being hindered by disconnected point solutions that force them to become technical. These solutions need to be converged in an intelligent way, so that the knowledge garnered by each part of the marketing system is collected and used to improve the performance of marketing as a whole.
